Getting Started:

  • Set smoker to 250 degrees

Ingredients:

  • 4-5lb. pork belly

  • Killer Hogs Hot Rub (or your rub of choice)

  • Heath Riles Honey Rub (or your rub of choice)

  • 1 stick of butter - diced into 8 tablespoons

  • 3/4 cup Cali Gold BBQ Sauce (or your sauce of choice)

  • 1/3 cup Mike’s Hot Honey
