EASY SMOKED QUESO
Getting Started:
Set smoker to 275 degrees
Ingredients:
1 lb. cooked chorizo
20 oz. velveeta cheese cubed
8 oz. pepper jack cheese
8 oz. gouda
8 oz. cream cheese
10 oz. rotel diced tomatoes with green chilis
2 jalapenos sliced
1/2 yellow onion diced
1 can (10 oz.) cream of jalapeno soup (optional- can be hard to find)
Measure with your heart- Killer Hogs HOT BBQ Rub
How To:
Place all ingredients in foil pan
Generously season with Killer Hogs HOT BBQ Rub
Smoke at 275 degrees for 45 minutes, check and stir, continue to smoke for an hour or until cheese is fully melted. Enjoy!
