EASY SMOKED QUESO

Getting Started:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. cooked chorizo

  • 20 oz. velveeta cheese cubed

  • 8 oz. pepper jack cheese

  • 8 oz. gouda

  • 8 oz. cream cheese

  • 10 oz. rotel diced tomatoes with green chilis

  • 2 jalapenos sliced

  • 1/2 yellow onion diced

  • 1 can (10 oz.) cream of jalapeno soup (optional- can be hard to find)

  • Measure with your heart- Killer Hogs HOT BBQ Rub

    How To:

  • Place all ingredients in foil pan

  • Generously season with Killer Hogs HOT BBQ Rub

  • Smoke at 275 degrees for 45 minutes, check and stir, continue to smoke for an hour or until cheese is fully melted. Enjoy!
