Recipe Notes:

  • We purchase our salmon Fillets from Costco.

  • We leave the skin on the salmon while on the smoker. It is easier to remove after its cooked + the fish oil in the skinn helps keep the fish moist!

  • We currently use the pellet smoker RecTeq 1100. We’re a busy family of 5 and we smoke most of our meals after work so using a pellet smoker allows us the freedom from babysitting wood or charcoal for hours. We can set our smoker remotely to the desired temp via bluetooth, and rest assured that were going to get an even flow of smoke, flavor & heat.
