Buffalo Chicken Crack Dip
Ingredients
What Ya Need: Dip
1 lb chicken thighs
1 block cream cheese 8 oz
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp meat church honey bbq rub
1 tbsp meat church holy voo doo
What Ya Need: Garnish
green onion (diced)
blue cheese crumbles
Instructions
What to Do!
Preheat smoker to 275 degrees
generously season chicken thighs with garlic butter rub, honey bbq rub
place chicken on the smoker for roughly one hour or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees
once chicken is done, shred it and set aside
in a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch, buffalo sauce, sour cream, 1 tbsp of Voo Doo seasoning & shredded chicken
mix well to combine and place mixture into cast iron skillet
smoke at 275 degrees for 45 minutes
remove from smoker after 45 minutes and drizzle ranch & buffalo sauce over top
top with blue cheese crumbles and green onions to preference
enjoy with tortilla chips or bread!
Notes
Obviously, we recommend the rubs in this recipe because it's what we used, it's tried and true! BUT if you don't have the same seasonings don't sweat it! Substitute with your favorite BBQ rubs!
